anelion LLC is an AI consulting and software company in Miami, Florida. This policy explains, in plain English, what data this website and our contact channels handle, what we store, and what we never do. The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you, we don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, your name, email address, and message are delivered to us by email so we can reply. They are not stored in a database on this site and are not shared with anyone outside anelion.

Chat assistant

The chat widget on this site is powered by an AI model from Google (Gemini). Messages you type are sent to our server and on to Google for processing so the assistant can answer; under Google's API terms for this service, that data is not used to train their models. Your conversation transcript is kept only in your own browser for the duration of your visit and is gone when you close it. Don't share confidential business details in the chat — use the contact form or a phone call for anything sensitive.

Phone calls

Calls to our office number are answered and processed by an AI voice agent we built, which may transcribe your call and take a message so we can follow up. Call information is used only to respond to your inquiry.

What this site doesn't do

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for their own use. The only outside services involved are the AI provider that powers the chat assistant, our email provider, and our hosting infrastructure — each used solely to operate the site and respond to you.

Your choices

If you'd like us to delete correspondence you've sent us, ask — by email at [email protected], by phone at (786) 705-2552, or through the contact form — and we will.
